Comment by Nancy LaFond on May 5, 2008 at 2:40pm: Right now I'm listening to Janet Evanovich's "Eleven on Top." This is the first book I've "read" by her. Although I've heard a lot about Ms. Evanovich from many fans, I've never had the chance to enjoy her work. This book has been quite enjoyable and makes my commute seem short. The book is read by Lorelei King, an American actress now living in the UK, who brings each character to life -- particularly Lula. I have laughed out loud on numerous occasions and find myself looking forward to getting in my car.

A former co-worker of mine gave me a stack of Evanovich's books to read. Once I finish this CD, I think I'll dive into the stack.

Comment by Irene Matthews on April 1, 2008 at 4:50pm: I read mostly for relaxation...so a marketing book would definitely *not* be my choice. Recently I read Rhet Butler's People by Donald McCaig. The advertising said it was the only "authorized" sequel to Gone with the Wind...whatever that means. I think it was approved by Margaret Mitchell's family.
