Thanks to active members of the Charlotte, Mecklenburg County, and North Carolina smoking community, business owners are still allowed to choose if they would prefer their patrons to smoke or not smoke in their establishments. Over 1350 restaurants in Mecklenburg County have chosen to go completely Smoke Free which is widely supported and established in Mecklenburg County. We certainly respect their right to do, we support the organizations in place to assist willing owners in this transition and believe that legislation is not necessary in Mecklenburg County or North Carolina because of these proactive measures. Keep the choice in our hands!

I always enjoy a Macanudo Prince Phillip when I am riding around on the Toro. It takes about 25 minutes to cut the lawn, so the timing is perfect!

I enjoy a lesser cigar when I'm working on the Cobra Replica. I need to concentrate on brakes and fuel and electrical stuff so a Hoyo de Monterrey Executive is more appropriate.

My absolute favorite is to sit on the deck with my eldest daughter and son-in-law sipping 18-year-old Macallan Single Malt and enjoying a Fuente Opus X. It is the ultimate relaxation. The deck overhangs my Koi pond and the Koi seem to know that showing off while we are there is a good thing.

It's not about living long... It's all about living well!

Just smoked a La Gloria Cubana Reserva Figurados with Mr. Helms out in the back enjoying this fine Carolina Spring. We're discussing exactly how we could build a root cellar in the back to store all of that wonderful local food we plan on eating this winter...
