Saying Good-bye to Matthews
It has been a great 2 years in my current Matthews location for my bakery business, but it is time to expand my horizons and move if I am going to grow! My little studio has proved to be a plus as far as exposure to the public, but I am bursting at the seams as far as space goes and the parking situation leaves a "little bit to be desired" as far as availability and ease of access to my bakery. A day in the life of a cake baker/designer/artist!
I don't really know why I am starting this blog, other than to have a place I can come to at the end of the day or week and put it all into words. I guess I am doing this for me - no one else.
