Toddler cancer spotted via e-mail

The BBC reported that a Florida toddler "has been diagnosed with cancer after a Manchester woman saw early warning signs in a picture" sent to her in an email message from the child's mother, Megan Santos. The story was also covered in the Today Show: Retinoblastoma is a cancer of the retina that can affect one or both eyes. If not caught in time, it can spread. Slow week...

I'm not certain how the rest of you are doing, but this week has been a killer so far! I think parents are getting organized with school and as a result our phones are quiet and our appointment book looks kinda sad... In the last couple of weeks I have seen many children and have been very proud to help them see better and hopefully do better in school.
