Shop Local for Mothers Day?
I'd like to shop local for Mother's Day this year. Are there any locally owned independent businesses that you would recommend?

Not sure what your mom is into, but I do almost all my Mother's Day shopping at Backyard Wild in Matthews. In addition to misc birding supplies (feeders, nesting boxes, etc), they have all sorts of garden goodies, jewelry, home gift items, clothing...all sorts of cool things. Both mom and mom-in-law get gifts from there pretty much every year. Tell Jason and Cari I sent you!
